Breathe With Gail

A new project I challenged myself with at the beginning of the year was to record and share meditations. Mindfulness meditations are something that I do regularly in my therapy sessions, particularly in some of the groups I run. Upon request, I have sometimes recorded some favourite scripts and thought this could be something I start sharing more broadly.

I see great benefits in mindfulness meditations in many areas, such as managing stress and anxiety, unwinding from your day, and improving self-awareness and sleep. I’ll be recording some scripts I have collected over the years for therapy and will venture to write some myself.

My first two recordings are on YouTube under the channel “Breathe with Gail.” These include a “Letting Go” and “Body Scan” meditation. I look forward to creating more of this content!
