Coffee Shop Feels

What about a cozy coffee shop that gives me warm fuzzies? I feel so content and relaxed; I settle into myself. Sometimes I am drawn to the Scandinavian places, with their clean lines and everything just so. While other times, the rustic, cobbled-together atmosphere hits the spot. The smell of fresh baked goods and roasting coffee beans top it off.

As I write this, I'm in a local Vancouver coffee shop, Nelson the Seagull. The windows are steamed up, and there's just the right amount of coffee shop hustle and bustle sounds with perfect ambient music. It would be a favourite spot if I lived here.

The calm, creative, focused feeling I get in a coffee shop is something I wish I could bottle up and take with me. I want to figure out how to replicate it to access the same contentment and energy at home.
